Birch Park Retreat Club Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions will need to be agreed to by all persons that are Birch Park Retreat Club Members:

The objectives of the Birch Park Retreat Club Shall be:

Provide a night or weekend getaway for groups that want to develop and work on their craft
Teach new skills to crafters of all skill levels
Create a social environment for once solitary hobbies
Enourage members to recruit new individuals into their hobbiy
To promote good fellowship

Membership in the Birch Park Retreat Club is for those individuals who like to spend their free time working on craft projects, building life skills, or just relax with nature or friends to rebuild energy for today's busy world, and are looking for others who share their interest.

You don't have to craft to join the Birch Park Retreat Club, however, in order to reserve a spot for a night or weekend at Birch Park Retreat, you must become a member.

Membership dues are $10.00 per member, which is applied to the first rental and is already included in the rental rate.

Your reservation is considered a statement that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions of the Birch Park Retreat Club.

Birch Park Retreat Club Officers reserve the right to deny application to groups that intend to use Birch Park Retreat for reasons other than stated above.
